Medical Coverage

Health, Dental and Vision are effective the first of the month following elections. New hires have 30 days to elect benefits.
Helen Keller Hospital covers 75% of the total premium cost of employee insurance coverage.


Voluntary Supplemental Retirement Plan

Both 401 (k) and 457 (b) plans available

Employer Match after one year or 1000 hours up to 50% of the first 5 % of contribution

Holiday Pay

Additional pay if you work on the following holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Life Insurance

Helen Keller Hospital pays for (1) one times annual salary for full-time employees
Supplemental life insurance is optional through payroll deduction

Long-Term and Short Term Disability

Optional Long Term and Short Term Disability is available through payroll deduction.

Medical Spending Account - $2600/year
Dependent Care - $5000 per year
